Work recorded.
Nothing more.

Businesses and the people who work for them need access to different information. Telometris records work once, then allows the same operational record to support approvals, contractor invoices, client invoices, reporting, and project financial performance—without recreating the work in disconnected systems.

Track from the desktop or installable mobile time tracker using the same account, assignments, projects, tasks, and active timer.

Abstract architecture representing Telometris's structural integrity

A precise instrument.

We are tired of bloated enterprise software that attempts to manage every aspect of human existence.

Telometris was built on a singular premise: tracking time, logging expenses, and generating invoices shouldn't require a manual or a dedicated administrator.

It should feel like a well-made physical tool—unhurried, structured, and profoundly reliable.

Record once. Review and approve. Use the same work for both cost and client billing.

How Telometris Works

The record stays connected.

Telometris begins with an operational record: time worked, an expense incurred, or travel governed by company policy.

That record may later be reviewed, approved, used to calculate what the company owes a contractor, used to prepare what a client owes the company, included in reporting, and evaluated as part of project financial performance.

The later processes do not replace the original record. They preserve its history while giving it the appropriate business meaning.

Organize → Record → Review → Approve → Invoice → Report → Understand

Core Utilities

The five Telometris functions are not separate utilities. Time tracking, expenses, invoicing, approvals, and reporting participate in one connected operational workflow.

I.

Time

Log hours against precise projects. No invasive monitoring, no artificial urgency, no gamification. Just the immutable record of work done, organized chronologically.

II.

Expenses

Record project expenses with receipts, payment sources, reimbursement relationships, and client billability. The same expense record can support project cost, reimbursement, client billing, and financial reporting.

III.

Invoices

Generate immaculate invoices from logged hours and expenses. Standardized. Professional. Ready for payment without requiring manual layout adjustments.

IV.

Approvals

Submitted work is reviewed and approved according to the company's configured workflow before it is used for invoicing or reporting. Nothing flows downstream until it has been confirmed.

V.

Reporting

See recorded work as Billable Value, Project Cost, Project Margin, budget utilization, and other operational measures needed to understand project financial performance.

The Instrument

What goes in, stays in.

Telometris does not sell data. It does not track behavior beyond what the tool strictly requires to function.

We believe that software should serve the user, not mine them. Your business records remain exclusively yours. The architecture is designed to be a vault, not an observatory.

There are no third-party tracking pixels, no behavioral analytics, and no advertising networks embedded in the application layer.

Common Inquiries

Who is Telometris built for?

Telometris is built for businesses that track time for their teams — whether that's hourly employees, contractors, or both. Agencies, consultancies, field-service companies, and professional services firms of any size use it. It is deliberately lean: no bloat, no enterprise consultant required to set it up. Teams get running in minutes, not months.

How is pricing structured?

One plan with every feature, priced per active user each month. The rate drops automatically as your team grows: $8/user for teams of 1–9, $7/user for 10–19, $6/user for 20–29, and $5/user for 30 and above. We do not take a percentage of invoiced amounts, nor do we charge based on data volume. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

Can I export my data?

At any time. Your data is yours. Every user can export their own time entries, expenses, and invoices as CSV directly from the app — no request required, no waiting on an administrator.

A time entry can describe work performed, contribute to what a contractor is owed, support what a client is billed, and contribute to understanding project financial performance. Telometris keeps those relationships connected without confusing them as the same record.
