A timer started on a phone in the field follows the worker to the laptop in the office. Workers switch devices freely — the running timer, its project, and its notes travel with them. Saving a timer on one device clears it everywhere, so hours are never double-counted.

Timers survive interruptions. If a shift runs past midnight, unsaved time is automatically logged to the correct day so records stay accurate without anyone having to remember to stop the clock.

Every entry belongs to a project, and every worker carries an hourly rate, so recorded time converts directly into labor cost and billable value. Supervisors review and approve entries, keeping a verified record behind every invoice and report — a clean chain from work performed to amount billed.
