Terms of Service

Last updated July 29, 2026. These terms are an agreement between your company and NavCog, the maker of Telometris. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

Telometris is a time-tracking and invoicing service for teams. Your company's administrator creates the account, invites users, and controls roles and access. Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity under their account.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a window to export your data.

Subscriptions and billing

New companies receive a free trial. After the trial, the service is billed monthly per active user under volume pricing — the per-user rate depends on your team size, and every feature is included at every tier.

Users activated mid-cycle are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle; deactivated users stop counting toward your bill at the next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we retry automatically and notify you; continued non-payment leads to suspension and, after the retention window described in our Privacy Policy, deletion of your data.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no partial-month refunds are issued.

Your data

You own the records your team creates in Telometris. We claim no rights to them beyond what is needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep and for ensuring your use of Telometris complies with the employment, tax, and record-keeping laws that apply to your business. Telometris is a record-keeping instrument, not legal or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to breach or probe the security of the service, resell access without our written agreement, or interfere with other customers' use.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavCog's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to account owners with the new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
