TELOMETRIS / MOBILE TIME TRACKING

The same timer, wherever the work happens.

Telometris mobile time tracking is not a second system. It is an installable mobile web application connected to the same Telometris account, project assignments, tasks, and active timer used on the desktop. Open it in a supported mobile browser, add it to the phone's home screen, and record work from the device already in your hand. There is no separate mobile account, no separate set of projects, and no app-store download.

Mobile time tracking without a separate system

A timer is only useful when its records remain connected to the rest of the work.

The Telometris mobile experience uses the same project and task structure as the primary application. Time recorded from a phone enters the same operational record used for review, approval, invoicing, reporting, and project profitability.

The mobile timer does not create a parallel record that must later be reconciled with desktop activity.

Install it from the browser

The mobile timer is delivered as an installable mobile web application.

A user opens the mobile Telometris page in a supported browser and may add it to the phone's home screen. Once installed, it opens like an application while remaining part of the same Telometris platform.

No App Store or Play Store installation is required.

The same account, projects, tasks, and timer

A user signs in with the same Telometris account used elsewhere.

The mobile interface draws from the user's existing company account, project assignments, available projects, available tasks, and active timer state.

Access remains governed by the same company and project permissions.

Move between desktop and mobile

Work does not always begin and end on the same device.

A user may begin timing work from one signed-in device and later view or stop that active timer from another. Timer state synchronizes automatically across signed-in devices.

The desktop and mobile experiences are two interfaces to one timer system—not two independent timers.

Why Telometris uses an installable web app

An installable mobile web application provides a direct route from the browser to the home screen without requiring separate distribution through mobile app stores.

That keeps the mobile experience aligned with the web application: one account, one permission system, one project structure, one timer state, one operational record.

The purpose is not to imitate every capability of a native mobile application. The purpose is to make accurate work recording available from a phone without introducing another disconnected system.

Basic installation

1. Open the Telometris mobile page in a supported browser. 2. Sign in with the same Telometris account used on the desktop. 3. Use the browser's Add to Home Screen or Install App command. 4. Open Telometris from the new home-screen icon. 5. Select an assigned project and task, then start recording time.

Exact installation wording may vary by device and browser.

Connected to the rest of Telometris

Mobile time tracking is the point of entry. The value comes from what happens next.

Recorded time can remain connected to project assignments, project and task context, approval requirements, contractor invoicing, client invoicing, reporting, and project profitability.

The phone changes where work is recorded. It does not change what the record means.

Common inquiries

Is Telometris available in the App Store or Google Play?

No native app-store download is required. Telometris mobile time tracking is provided as an installable mobile web application opened through a supported mobile browser.

Do I need a separate mobile account?

No. The mobile experience uses the same Telometris account, assignments, projects, tasks, and permissions as the primary application.

Can I start a timer on my phone and stop it on my computer?

Yes. The mobile and desktop interfaces access the same active timer state, and timer state synchronizes automatically across signed-in devices.

Does the mobile timer use the same projects and tasks?

Yes. It uses the projects and tasks available through the user's existing Telometris assignments and permissions.

Does Telometris track my location?

No. The mobile timer is not GPS or location-tracking software. Its purpose is to record time against the correct project and task.

Does the mobile timer work fully offline?

Full offline operation is not promised. Behavior during an interrupted connection depends on the current implementation and browser state, so users should confirm that a timer action has synchronized after connectivity returns.

Which phones and browsers are supported?

Support depends on current browser capabilities. Recent versions of major mobile browsers generally work; confirm installation on your own device and browser during the free trial before relying on a specific combination.
